Interactive menu lists and multi-product carousels on WhatsApp

Rather than sending a long block of text that is difficult to read on mobile, the WhatsApp Business API allows you to send interactive graphic components directly in the chat: Dropdown List Menus and Multi-Product Carousels.

1. Drop-Down List Menus (Interactive List Messages)

A list menu displays a main button (eg: "Choose an option") which opens a stylish full-screen drawer with up to 10 options structured into thematic sections.

Key Benefits:

• Click rate multiplied by 3x to 5x: The user does not have to type anything on the keyboard, he simply clicks on the option.
• Reduction of errors: Ideal for customer service menus, choice of agencies, contact reasons or product categories.
