How to get started with the WhatsApp Business API on EnvoiSMS.ma

EnvoiSMS.ma allows you to send WhatsApp Business messages (notifications, OTP, conversational) without having to directly manage the Meta infrastructure.

Getting started steps

1. From your dashboard, go to WhatsApp > Configuration
2. Connect or create your WhatsApp Business account (via Meta Business Manager)
3. Verify your dedicated WhatsApp Business number (cannot be a number already used on the classic WhatsApp app)
4. Submit your first message templates for approval by Meta (see dedicated article)
5. Once approved, send your messages via the interface or API, just like an SMS

Commissioning time

Typically allow 3 to 7 business days for full Meta Business account and number verification, depending on Meta validation responsiveness.
