Automatic balance top-up by card

Automatic balance top-up by card

Automatic top-up replenishes your prepaid account balance whenever it falls below a threshold you specify. It safeguards your transactional SMS flows, 2FA OTP codes, and campaigns without requiring manual interventions.

Requirements

  • A prior manual top-up by card: your account must have completed at least one successful card payment (minimum €200 / 2,200 MAD). This securely associates your payment method with your encrypted Stripe customer record.
  • Self-serve activation: no support request is required. The feature can be turned on directly from your customer dashboard.

How to enable automatic top-up (step by step)

  1. Log in to your dashboard and open Settings > Limits & Quotas (or directly via envoisms.ma/dashboard/settings?tab=quotas).
  2. Locate the Automatic balance top-up card.
  3. Switch the toggle button to enabled.
  4. Select your trigger threshold: the minimum balance that triggers the automatic recharge.
  5. Choose your top-up amount: the amount credited on each trigger (minimum €200 / 2,200 MAD).
  6. Configure frequency and security cycle limit: the reset cycle and the maximum total amount that can be charged during that period.
  7. Click Save settings.

Payment security and card updates

Your card credentials are held and processed exclusively by Stripe's certified payment infrastructure. You can click Manage card in the dashboard at any time to update your card details or switch payment methods via the Stripe Customer Portal.

3D Secure (SCA) handling

If your card-issuing bank requires 3D Secure authentication for an off-session charge, your auto-recharge status changes to Action required. You receive an immediate notification email and an authentication button appears in your dashboard to complete the verification securely.

Invoices and receipts

Every successful auto-top-up instantly generates a MAD tax receipt downloadable under Billing > Top-ups, accompanied by an email confirmation.
