Low balance notifications

To avoid any interruption to your sends (particularly critical for OTP), EnvoiSMS.ma automatically alerts you when your balance becomes low.

How it works

• The alert is triggered when your balance falls below 100 MAD (€10.00); this threshold is fixed
• It is sent to you on WhatsApp (or by email if the WhatsApp message could not be sent) and shown in your dashboard
• One alert per cycle: the next one is only possible after your next top-up
• It applies to accounts that have already made a top-up and sent messages in the last 14 days
• You can switch the WhatsApp alert and the email alert on or off in Settings > Notifications

Recommendation for OTP flows in production

There is no automatic top-up. Top up with a sufficient margin (e.g. the equivalent of 2-3 days of average usage), so that an unexpected traffic spike does not interrupt your authentication journeys.
