Low balance notifications

To avoid any interruption to your shipments (particularly critical for OTP), EnvoiSMS.ma automatically alerts you when your balance becomes low.

Configuration

In Billing > Alerts, define:

• The balance threshold triggering the alert (e.g.: equivalent to 500 SMS remaining)
• The notification channel(s): e-mail, SMS, or webhook to your system
• Optionally, activate automatic reload to reload as soon as this threshold is reached

Recommendation for OTP flows in production

We highly recommend setting an alert to a sufficiently high threshold (e.g. equivalent to 2-3 days of average usage) and enabling auto-reload, so that an unexpected traffic spike never interrupts your authentication journeys.
