How to add funds and make a payment
- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to Billing > Packs
- Choose a predefined pack or enter a custom amount
- Select your payment method: bank card (Stripe) or bank transfer
- Validate — the credit is added automatically as soon as Stripe confirms a card payment, or after our team verifies receipt of the funds for a bank transfer
No automatic top-up
Top-ups are prepaid and manual: there is no automatic top-up. To avoid any service interruption on your critical OTP flows, keep a sufficient balance margin and leave the low-balance alerts switched on.
