International regulations on Sender ID and texting

If you send SMS to destinations outside of Morocco, be aware that each country applies its own rules, sometimes very strict.

Examples of common restrictions

• Some countries require prior registration of the Sender ID with a delay of several weeks
• Others purely prohibit alphanumeric Sender IDs and require a number
• Some markets (e.g. India, some Gulf countries) require DLT registration or local licensing
