How to use a message template

Templates allow you to save time on recurring messages (order confirmation, appointment reminder, OTP code, etc.).

Create a template

1. Go to Messages > Templates
2. Click New Model
3. Give it an internal name and write the content with dynamic variables, e.g.: Hello {{first name}}, your code is {{code}}.
4. Save

Use a template

When sending (single, campaign or via API), select the template from the drop-down list and the variables will be automatically replaced with each recipient's data.

WhatsApp Templates
