Personalize the content of your messages

Personalization significantly increases the reading and engagement rate of your SMS and WhatsApp messages.

Available variables

Any column present in your imported contact list can be used as a variable, for example:

• {{first name}}, {{last name}}
• {{city}}
• {{balance}}, {{amount}}
• Any custom columns you added during import

Example

Hello {{first name}}, your order #{{order_number}} will be delivered to {{city}} tomorrow.

Custom sender name

You can also personalize the Sender ID (name displayed as sender) per campaign, up to 11 alphanumeric characters without spaces or special characters, once validated — see the “Sender ID and regulations” category.
