How to test the delivery of your SMS before a campaign

Before sending on a large scale, we strongly recommend testing your message.

Manual test

Send the final message (with Sender ID, content and any variables already populated) to a few test numbers covering the three operators (IAM, Inwi, Orange) to check the correct display on each.

API / sandbox testing

Use sandbox mode (test API key) to validate technical integration — request format, response management, webhooks processing — without consuming real credits or sending real messages.

Points to check during the test

• Correct display of Sender ID
• Correct rendering of special characters/accents/emoji
• Correct functioning of the shortened links included
• Receipt of delivery status in a timely manner
