How to delete my EnvoiSMS.ma account
Account deletion is permanent and results in the loss of sending history, contacts and any remaining unreimbursed credit.
Approach
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete my account
- Confirm via code sent by email
- If a balance is available, contact support before deletion to find out the possible refund terms (see Refund policy)
Legal data retention
Certain data (invoices, sending logs) may be kept for a limited time in accordance with Moroccan legal obligations regarding invoicing and the fight against fraud, even after deletion of the account.
