Multiple users or sub-accounts: what is possible

EnvoiSMS.ma does not currently offer team management with roles, nor sub-accounts attached to a main account. Each account has a single dashboard login and its own balance.

What you can do

• Create several API keys, each limited to the permissions it needs, to separate your applications or integrations
• Use a sandbox key for your test environments, without consuming credit or sending real messages
• Open a separate account per brand or per client when you need to isolate balances and billing

Typical use cases

• Agencies managing several clients: one account per client, each with its own balance
• Companies with several departments: one API key per application or per service
• Test environments separated from production: sandbox key
