Multi-user and sub-account management

For teams and agencies, EnvoiSMS.ma offers multi-user management from a main account.

Operation

• From Settings > Team, invite collaborators by email and assign them a role (Administrator, Campaign Editor, Read-only)
• Create sub-accounts to isolate credits and campaigns from different brands or clients, managed from a “master” account
• Credit each sub-account independently from the main account

Typical use cases

• Agencies managing multiple clients with separate billing
• Companies with multiple departments (marketing, support, operations) requiring separate monitoring
• Test environments separated from production
