Payment and Credits: Services
Payment and Credits: Services are provided on a prepaid basis in MAD. Purchased credits do not expire unless specified in promotional offers.
Quality of Service (SLA):
Quality of Service (SLA): We strive to maintain 99.9% availability. However, final delivery depends on national operator networks (IAM, Inwi, Orange).
Intellectual Property: Use of
Intellectual Property: Use of the API does not grant any ownership rights to EnvoiSMS.ma technology or branding.
