To provide the Service, EnvoiSMS.ma relies on a limited number of infrastructure providers ("sub-processors") that may process personal data on behalf of our customers. This page is the reference list referred to in Article 5 of our DPA (https://envoisms.ma/en/legal/dpa/).

The final routing of messages is entrusted to licensed telecom operators and messaging aggregators, selected by destination (in Morocco: routing to Maroc Telecom, Orange and Inwi). These parties receive strictly the data necessary for delivery: the recipient's number, the message content and the sender identifier. The precise choice of route by destination is a matter for the operation of the platform and may change without notice, in compliance with the safeguards of the DPA.
