Registration and account verification process
Creating an EnvoiSMS.ma account takes less than two minutes.
Registration steps
- Go to the registration page and enter your name, your professional email and your Moroccan telephone number.
- Confirm your email address via the verification link sent automatically.
- Verify your mobile number with a code received by SMS (this allows us to ensure that your account is protected and prevents abuse).
- Complete your company profile (company name, sector of activity, estimated shipping volume) — this information helps us assign the best operator route to your account.
Why is verification necessary?
Moroccan regulations on electronic communications and the anti-spam policies of operators (IAM, Inwi, Orange) require us to know our customers (KYC) before authorizing the sending of commercial or transactional SMS messages in bulk. This verification also protects your account against fraudulent use.
Account not verified
Until your account is verified, you can explore the platform and test the API in sandbox mode, but actual sending of messages to real numbers will remain blocked.
