Contact opt-in and opt-out management

Opt-in (consent)

Mark each contact as having given (or not) explicit consent to receive marketing messages. This status is visible and filterable in Contacts > List, “Consent” column.

Opt-out

A contact who responds STOP, or is manually unsubscribed, automatically goes to the blacklist (opt_out = true) and can no longer receive a marketing campaign, regardless of the list to which he is attached.

Import and respect of consent

When importing a file, you can include a column indicating the consent status of each contact, in order to correctly synchronize your database with the actual consent history.
