Measured on our own traffic in September 2026, on SMS with a final report: the median time from submission to the carrier's final delivery report ranges from 46 to 58 seconds depending on the carrier. That is not when the SMS appears on the handset, which happens before. Confirmed delivery rates over the same period: Inwi 80.6%, Maroc Telecom 84.8%, Orange 83.5%.
