Sync your contacts with Google Sheets

You can automatically synchronize your EnvoiSMS.ma contact lists with Google Sheets spreadsheets. This avoids repeated manual imports.

Configuration steps

1. In your dashboard, go to Contacts > Lists then click on the Google Sheets tab.
2. Click Connect Sheet.
3. Enter the URL of your Google Sheets sheet (the sharing must be configured as “Reader with link” or accessible).
4. Configure column matching (e.g. associate the column containing the phone with the required Phone field).
5. Validate the connection.

Synchronization and update

• Manual synchronization: Click the synchronization button from the list of connected sheets to instantly import new contacts.
• Automatic update: Our system periodically checks your sheet for changes.
• Duplicate management: Numbers already existing in the associated list are not imported in duplicate.
